Ingredients
1 pack of Arnott’s Chocolate Tiny Teddy biscuits
1 pack of Arnott’s Morning Coffee biscuits
1 packet of ready-made icing
Jam of choice
Decorating icing (tube of), colours of choice
Sprinkles, silver cashous or decoration of choice.
Method
Prepare ready-made icing according to pack directions. Roll out to 2.5mm thickness. Cut 45 thick strips of icing (6cm x 2.5cm), and 45 thin strips (6cm x 1cm).
Lay Morning Coffee biscuits on a plate. Dab a little jam onto the back of 2 Tiny Teddy biscuits and place side by side on top of a Morning Coffee biscuit.
Dab some jam on the back of a thick strip of icing. Place it on the biscuits covering all but the head of the Tiny Teddies, as if you were tucking them up in bed.
Place a thin strip on top of the thick strip, as a ‘fold down’.
Decorate with the icing and other decorations to make it into a colourful quilt cover. Place in an airtight container until required.
